VASTSO is a professional manufacturer and exporter of diamond cutting tools, specializing in PCD tools, CNC diamond cutters, precision boring tools, and custom industrial diamond tooling. Our products serve the automotive, aerospace, electronics, mold making, and general machining industries worldwide. With ISO-certified production facilities and rigorous quality control, we deliver consistent performance and value to clients across the globe.
Our diamond tools deliver exceptional performance through advanced manufacturing processes and premium-grade materials
Our diamond tools feature PCD and CVD diamond cutting edges that significantly outperform conventional carbide tools. Tool life is extended by 10-50x, dramatically reducing downtime and tool change frequency.
Advanced grinding and edge preparation technologies ensure consistent cutting geometry. Achieve mirror-like surface finishes with dimensional accuracy within microns.
Optimized for aluminum alloys, copper, brass, graphite, engineering plastics, composites, ceramics, wood, MDF, and other non-ferrous materials.
Diamond's exceptional wear resistance means fewer tool changes, less machine downtime, and significantly lower per-part machining costs. Ideal for high-volume production.
Every tool undergoes rigorous quality control — from raw material inspection through final geometry verification. ISO-certified production ensures batch-to-batch consistency.
Get the most out of your diamond tools with these practical tips from our engineers
Not all diamond tools are the same. Use vacuum brazed bits for hard porcelain and granite — the exposed diamond grit cuts faster and lasts longer. Electroplated bits work best on ceramic tile and glass where a smoother finish is needed. Always check the tool's recommended material list before starting.
On smooth surfaces like polished tile or glass, start drilling at a 45° angle to create a small guide notch, then slowly tilt the drill to 90°. This prevents the bit from wandering and scratching the surface. For extra precision, use a piece of masking tape over the drill spot — it gives the bit grip and reduces chipping around the hole edge.
Vacuum brazed dry drill bits are designed for dry use — no water needed, making them perfect for on-site work. Wet drilling (spraying water while cutting) reduces dust, cools the bit, and extends tool life for electroplated bits on hard materials. Rule of thumb: dry bits go dry, electroplated bits like it wet on tough jobs.
Use low to medium speed (1500–2500 RPM) for most diamond drilling — high speed generates excess heat that wears the bit faster. Apply steady, moderate pressure and let the diamond grit do the work. If you see smoke or discoloration, you are pressing too hard or spinning too fast. A smooth, controlled feed gives the cleanest holes and longest bit life.
After each use, wipe off dust and debris with a dry cloth. Never bang or drop diamond tools — the steel body can bend and the diamond coating can crack. Store bits and hole saws in a dry place, ideally in their original packaging or a divided tool box to prevent edges from hitting each other. Proper care keeps your tools cutting like new for hundreds of holes.
